Facebook post – old blog name

  I recently changed the blog name (not URL). When I post a link on Facebook, it still shows the old name.

  Does it take some time for it start showing up correctly on Facebook or is there something on WordPress that I haven’t checked/unchecked, etc.?

  You need to flush your Facebook cache. It’s still pulling the old info. http://umairj.com/146/how-to-clear-facebook-shares-cache/
