Facebook post title

Hello,
our website is pdpsn.cz, we use the theme Eris and recently we started to have problems with our shared posts.
Facebook has recently updated it’s fanpage settings, and now it is impossible to change post title when we share our latest post. So now the post has a title without our website name, and that is really bad. Is there a way to change the shared post title? For example, when sharing posts, in the title should be everytime a name of the website, and after that the name of the post which is variable. Now, there is only the name of the post (headline).
We have the premium subscription, is this enough for that?

So the issue here is that Facebook has removed the ability to customize the preview, and not a change in how social sharing from our end works, correct?
It is possible to edit the site-header information that’s sent to services like Facebook from our end, but that ability is only available in the Business Plan. See:
