Facebook posts incorrect author attribution – Publicize

  Any idea why sometimes my posts will Publicize beautifully to Facebook like this:
  and other times they not only lack the video, but more importantly attribute the post to one of my other blogs, which is on a totally unrelated topic? Like this:
