Facebook preview image problem

  Whenever i share my blog on Facebook or any other social media its shows without preview image
  I tried usinge featured image sitll same result
  I downloaded youst seo still same result
  While writing post in bottom at seo youst social features i add image there to and tried again still same result… What to do ?
