Facebook preview window when I share the site

  Hello,
  So I’m working at this site http://starfresh.ro I’m using the theme Artificer.
  When I click the facebook sharing button the window that appears (and that will appear on the facebook profile) looks like this http://postimg.org/image/6k1c99nkb

  So it’s a lorem ipsum text and a picture (that I didn’t upload) that I assume are already built in the theme.

  Where can I change that, to put the text and picture I want?

  On a self-hosted site, you can use a plugin to specify which thumbnail is shared to social media sites.
