Facebook / Publicize Connection Broken

I’m currently getting this error after I noticed that my WordPress account was no longer publishing posts to Facebook:
Sharing Settings
Something which should never happen, happened. Sorry about that. If you try again, maybe it will work.Error code: -32300
Publicize
Connect your blog to popular social networking sites and automatically share new posts with your friends. You can make a connection for just yourself or for all users on your blog. Shared connections are marked with the (Shared) text.
I changed my password for Facebook and now the connection is broken and no amount of clicking edit or connect on the site or on wordpress.com is fixing it.

If your posts are not being sent to Facebook, disconnecting and then reconnecting will often help fix it. See the instructions for how to do it. After connecting/reconnecting, publish a new post to test if Facebook is reconnected properly.
