  My post has already been written and published. Now I need to share it on facebook, how do I do it?

  At this point, your only option is to manually share it on Facebook. You can do this via http://www.facebook.com/ itself or the sharing button under the post.

  Next time, enable Publicize so your posts can be sent automatically. :)
