Facebook questions

Hi! I’ve been posting the blog (roadrunnerfloristbasketexpress.wordpress.com) very nicely and like magic the information shows up on our business facebook page (www.facebook.com/roadrunnerflorist.basketexpress). I have 2 questions about this: 1) The pictures, if posted directly on facebook, showed up large even though I cropped them down to about 400X500. I do the same cropping for the blog, but the pictures show up really small. Is that normal? AND 2) posts on our business facebook page used to magically appear on my personal facebook page, but that doesn’t seem to happen with these blogs. Is that normal, too? Thanks!!
