Facebook readers missing whole blog

  When I post to Facebook with a blog that includes a photo, the dialogue under the picture does not show the whole blog. My Facebook friends often don’t know to click on the line under the blog title to read the entire blog. Can I change this?

  No I’m sorry but you can’t unless you choose to post manually to Facebook instead of auto-posting.
