Facebook referrer

  Where does Facebook referrer comes from? I recently been getting Facebook referrer whenever I publish a new post but the issue is I did not share the link to any Facebook page nor did I share the post to anyone. I don’t have any followers on my blog so that is something weird.

  Hi there,

  You’ll see Facebook in the referrer list in your stats if someone gets to your site from Facebook. It might be a link you or someone else posted there. If I’m not wrong, it may also be someone coming to see your site from a link sent via Facebook messanger. There’s no way to track down where exactly the link was shared though.
