facebook share button not working properly (JetPack)

Help! when I click the Facebook share button to share a post from my site onto Facebook, I keep having different problems with it! Sometimes no picture/thumbnail shows up or only an older pic will be a choice as a thumbnail, AND the link that I am trying to share (of that specific post) does not show up anymore like it used to – it just says my site’s original domain name. Also, the text underneath the link I want to share does not match the link – it’s often from another previous post! This has been going on for 3 days now what is going on???
Also my posts aren’t showing up 1 at a time on my reader’s newsfeeds, only the latest post will show up (with a thumbnail pic) and then all of the other posts from earlier in that day come UNDER the latest post with no pic, no description and no link, just the text that I wrote describing what the post is.Please help – it’s much appreciated!
