Facebook share button, post title and image missing

  When I/others try to share some of my posts on facebook using the share button the post title and image are missing. All that comes up is the header image for my blog. E.g. for my post ‘Brahma Kumaris: An Introduction’. Please let me know how I can fix this.

  Hi there,

  It looks like Facebook had not grabbed the most up-to-date information for your post. When you share anything on Facebook the very first time, Facebook goes and grabs that information and caches it (holds on to it in its servers) and rarely ever refreshes it.

  This creates a problem if you share your post too early or make a big change to your post (or if Facebook doesn’t grab it right the first time). You can force FB to re-grab the information though, using this tool:

  https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug

  If you find your site having issues again, just use this tool and Facebook’s cache will get updated and any future shares will be up-to-date!
