Facebook share prompt after entry submission?

Hi Guys,
I’ve been looking all over and could not find an answer. I would like to know how can I add Facebook Share prompt after entry submission onto my wordpress website? I take people have to login with facebook in the first place?
What I have is I will have form submission that id like to have a pop up of Share your post (like you have it on facebook) after they click submit. I have seen it done before, but for life of me I could not find out how.
Any help would be really appreciated.

Hi, http://www.decisionship.com/ site is not fully live yet. But I just realized (after reading supportbot post) that this should be on .org forums? I am not using WP blog, but hosting our own site….
