Facebook share shows original version of post, not current revision

    I have at least 8 revisions of my current post, and no matter what I do, when I try to share the current version to FB, the original version shows up. I’ve disconnected my Facebook account from my blog and reconnected it – there are no settings to change on the Facebook side (that I know of). What do I need to do to show the current version?

    Hi,

    Facebook caches the information about a URL when it is first shared and does not update it for a while even if the original content has changed. It’s on Facebook’s end and not something we can do to fix. However, you may try using Facebook’s debug tool here and force Facebook to fetch new information for your URL.
