Facebook sharing

  How can users share my blog to their Facebook page? I have the Facebook ‘Like’ box on the blog but unlike Google Plus and Tublr, users can’t just ‘share’ my blog post on their page.

  Hi there,

  Right now, you are using the official sharing buttons for the sharing services like Facebook on your blog. The official Facebook button will “like” the post but not share it to Facebook — that’s how Facebook configures their official button.

  If you want, you can switch to using a different button style under Settings > Sharing in your dashboard. Next to Button Style, you can select one of the other options (Icon + Text, Icon only, or Text only) to use unofficial sharing buttons. With the unofficial sharing buttons, clicking the Facebook button will allow visitors to share the post directly to Facebook.

  If you want to keep using the official sharing buttons, visitors can still manually share blog posts to Facebook. They can paste the link to the post as a status update on Facebook, and that will share it on their Facebook timeline.
