Facebook stats all disappeared!

Thank you for your efforts to fix this problem. It does appear to be isolated to the Facebook button. But all shares connected to that button are now gone.

Please be patient while waiting for a Staff response. They are backlogged and working as quickly as they can.

Just FYI – I’m joining this club, too. My facebook share counters on every post have reset to zero. Other counters (twitter, LinkedIn etc) are ok. To keep from looking like we have zero interest in our posts we hid the share buttons/counters behind the “more” button for the time being. Will wait to see what the fix is for this. Thanks!

I have the same problem in that the only shares that disappeared are the Facebook ones- and ALL of the shares are gone from my blog! Please help!

mmmmm, I’m facing the same problem. The facebook shares counter is reset to zero on all posts.

ok, so we are all having the same problem – one of my posts had over 750 fb shares, which affects my advertising :( anyone have a solution?

My Facebook share counters are now showing some numbers again but the numbers are not correct, they are to low. For ex. I had one post with 215 FB shares which is now only showing 47 shares. I hope this will be fixed!

Thank You, the likes are back but I lost a lot of Likes. On a blogs or it was posted 198, I find myself with the number 80
My article on the area of the Moon that was almost 100 I find myself with 39. That means that before the lock is lost?

Hmmm….same here. I had 740 on one post that is now showing only 113 – hope this will be corrected!

Ditto here as well. Not all the shares returned. Far less than half of the shares that were there are now showing – less than half per post, and overall. I truly appreciate the effort to fix this, hopefully it is still being worked on and we will get the rest of our shares back.
