Facebook thumbnail problem

I put an image on my post using both the featured image and just inserting a photo. WHen i go onto my facebook page, the image doesn’t show up. I have tried the FB debugger which doesnt work.I have used similar images on facebook before with other blogging platforms and it has workd. please advise

If you’d like to give the workaround a try, it’s worked for some folks, (and so you don’t have to go hunting for it) here are the steps.
Remove the “https://” part of the URL you are trying to post — so for example, take just yourgroovydomain.com/example-post — (but with your actual information) and put it into the debugging tool:
https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/
Click the “Debug” button.
Then click “Fetch new information.”

The issue is still intermittent, being reported by some users, for some posts, on some blogs. They are tracking the issue internally here: https://developers.facebook.com/bugs/1943853322556389/
We hope they will have a permanent fix for everyone soon!
