facebook URL produces old text

  I post a link to my blog on Facebook (http://mairoyumi.wordpress.com) but the blog title and the text associated with it from the front page is several days old (placeholder text) and has not been updated to reflect the changes I’ve made since setting up the blog.

  How do I update it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Sharing to Facebook will take a snapshot of the information from when you posted.

  If you make a change on your site, your older post on Facebook won’t update with this new information.

  Try sharing your blog on Facebook again and the information should be updated.

  Thanks. The text did update a couple of days later, but now I have the same problem with my other blog (under the same account) which shows old text and no images: http://oribeyumi.wordpress.com
