Facebook video embed stretched

  Hello,

  I am having difficulty embedding Facebook videos onto my blog. I used the Facebook code embed code provided in the facebook advanced options and set the width to 500px, however the video appears stretched in on my blog page.

  I have tried adjusting the width in the coding to make it wider or thinner and it has no effect on the displayed size.

  I have embedded YouTube videos onto other posts and these display correctly.

  How can I fix this?
