Facebook Widget Link Not working

  So every time I click my facebook social media icon on my blog it says that the page is unavailable, specifically that: The link you followed may be broken, or the page may have been removed.

  I know the link is correct and the page hasn’t been deactivated or anything.

  How do I get it fixed? I hate links that don’t work on a blog.
