Facebook won't show image thumbnails and I can't find the plugin menu to fix it.

  I cannot find the plugin button. When putting links to posts on Facebook, the image thumbnail does not show up, so after research many people say to use plugins, but I cannot find where to install them. It’s not on my dashboard anyway.

  There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and we cannot install individual plugins into them for security reasons. Those found on the internet are for WordPress.ORG installs which run on different software.

  There is no upgrade you can purchase from WordPress.com to provide FTP access and the ability to upload any plugins.

  We have no control over which images Facebook chooses to display when you use Publicize http://en.support.wordpress.com/publicize/ and we have no control over how long it takes for the image caches at Facebook to be flushed. They make changes frequently and every time they do we get these kind of questions. I’m sorry I cannot help you. Does this help?
