Facebook/LinkedIn sharing

  Why do I have multiple occurrences of my name (shared) for Facebook and LinkedIn in Publicize? I cannot access the connect to facebook dialog box when I try to refresh. Initially this worked perfectly, as described. Now I have strange things in the Publicize box.

  Sometimes the connection to Facebook gets disconnected. See if this will work for you: http://en.support.wordpress.com/publicize/#reconnecting-facebook

  This partially works. I have ~400 friends, but when I post WordPress tells me it has notified 1588 friends. On the share page under Facebook my name appears 4 times as (shared), and clicking on the X (disconnecting) results in a message the I am indeed disconnected from Facebook, but I still have my name (shared) four times. Going through the process has reduced to two the number of times my name (shared) appears in the Facebook dialog box. And the dialog box does not indicate Create a Facebook connection, it still says Add a new Facebook connection.
