Facing 500 Server error while saving the page in elementor
-
PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of •••••••• bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 106496 bytes) in /nas/content/live/vozmedia/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 2135, referer: https://voz.us/wp-admin/post.php?post=1388&action=elementor
I am facing the server 500 error while saving any content in the elementor because there are many elements we have used on that page. The same issue is not faced on any other elementor pages.
We have communicated the same issue with the wp-engine support. As per the support, the error is due to the database auto-load and memory limit.
The issue is temporarily resolved by increasing the memory limit to 512M, but we still have to check for a permanent solution.
Mainly there is issue with the database autoload.
Temporarily we are deactivating the unused plugins & themes. And will raise the same issue to elementor support

Hi there!
We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re unable to provide support. But I can get you pointed in the right direction.
The good news is that because you use the open-source variant of the WordPress platform (which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com), help is available at the community forums here:
https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
The folks in the open-source forum are more familiar with these issues and are in the best position to help.
I hope this points you in the right direction.
