Facing a problem to create my site

    Hello,
    I am facing some troubles to create my wordpress site. They are asking me to upgrade my plan everytime.But a few days ago, when my site was active, everything was going well.But after a few days of turning the hosting off in the middle, I started again and faced this problem.Can you tell me why this problem is happening?

    What is the URL of the site you’re referring to?
