Facing issue in video hosting in jetpack

    I have a site ‘https://staging-sourceelements.kinsta.cloud/’ and I am using jetpack on this site had taken your paid subscription ‘Jetpack Security Daily Plan’. But I am facing a issue in video hosting. I am unable to achieve that I had tried uploading the video through my site backend and also through wordpress.com also but the url of video which is forming is same as previous including site path in his url.

    I had also whitelisted the jetpack user from xmlrpc with your IP’s also. But also no success. I am using wordfence and also whitelisted your IP’s there also but not achieving this. Please look into this.
