Facing Login issues with the wordpress admin panel

Unable to login via wordpress admin panel – /wp-admin/
keeps redirecting to the homepage and not showing me the login page.
moreover the site keeps being outdated even though news posts are being added to it. the homepage is showing an old version four days old and the unable to refresh and show the existing news contents on the homepage.Kindly help me with this

It appears that your website uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, which is what this forum is designed to help with. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
You may be able to find help here: https://wordpress.org/support/ or alternatively contact your hosting provider.
