Facing problems with two step authentication

  I am using WordPress from my personal account by username ‘chandraketan’ by the address ‘chandraketan.wordpress.com’ .
  I have enabled two step verification for my account using my mobile number but now when I am trying to login, I am not able to receive the security codes as a message on my number.

  Even form forget password I am supposed to use message from mobile phone which isn’t being received only.

  I am using this account to get help for my personal account.
  Please help me getting access to my account and help in making me able to login.
