Factura que no corresponde

    Hace un año que cancelé mis dominios de pago con ustedes y me han enviado una Factura en Agosto para cobrarme el dominio de recreandonos.com cuando ya no está en mi cuenta. Por favor, cancelen el envío de Facturas porque ya no estoy utilizando sus servicios. Gracias de antemano. Saludos

    Yes, they have sent me email telling me that I will charge the recreandonos.com domain when it is already canceled a long time ago. They have also sent me a payment to my card in August that is wrong. Please cancel my account Billing. Thank you. regards

    Okay, did you receive that recently? I can see this was removed back in September. If you’re still getting emails, can you reply to one and include the original message?
