  Apologies for the delay in response here. Can I confirm that you’re looking for a receipt for a purchase you made on WordPress.com? If so, you will need to log into the WordPress.com account and head to the following page:

  https://wordpress.com/me/billing

  You will see all of the purchases made on WordPress.com on the above page, as well as the option to view or print a receipt.

  As Rafael noted, there aren’t any purchases associated with the account you’re writing from. Do you have any other WordPress.com accounts?
