  Bonjour, j’ai besoin de retrouver mes factures mais apparemment elles n’apparaissent pas sur mon compte. Comment faire ?

  Hi there!

  There are no paid subscriptions under the account you’re contacting us from so you won’t see any receipts there. What’s the address of the site for which you need the receipts?

  No problem. You can change the email address on the account. First, you must sign in to the account and then go to https://wordpress.com/me/account/ There you’ll change the email address. The original email address will get a confirmation of the change – so you need access to that address in order to proceed.
