  I have successfully added an animated gif as the header image using the Koi theme. I do not have access to Photo Shop and would like to know if there is a way to add the fade effect to the image. I have come across a few online sources that achieve this, but the max image size supported in the creation/editing tool is limited/too small. I need to keep the image size 980 x 200, and most of what I have come across is limited to 450. Any suggestions? Thanks!
