Faded words in my contact forms
-
I noticed that the options in my contact forms are faded so they are hard to see. Why is there this new formatting suddenly, and how do I fix it so that the options are not faded? I depend on the contact forms on my website for people to book appointments with me. Because of the nature of what I do, I want no contact with potential clients before their session, other than their basic booking information, and I need these contact forms for this, and for them to have required fields with specific options, as potential clients may not have loads of time to look up how to book with me, and need specific guidance about the information I need from them, in the form.
Here is a picture of what I mean. This is the first time I noticed it, and I just recently checked that my forms work, yesterday, or the day before.

Hi there!
I took a look at your site and noticed you’re using a retired theme.
💡 I would like to point out that we provide limited support for such themes.
If you’re interested in considering a newer theme, I can suggest taking a look at our theme showcase (https://wordpress.com/themes).
As a solution for the original issue (faded form field label color), I propose converting your page content to blocks.
You can achieve this by opening your page in Editor, then clicking on the content and then on the “Convert to blocks” button from the floating toolbar.
⚠️ This will require recreating your forms via the Form Block after converting to blocks!
Here’s a screenshot of it:

This way, you will be able to set the custom color for the field labels, for example:

Here are some useful resources regarding the above suggestion:

Thanks!
