  Unable to renew my domain by Credit Card or Paypal. Tried many times but fail.

  Hello there,

  I see your domain mapping for simplybenji.com expires on November 11, 2014. Is this the domain you’re hoping to renew? I see the original credit card for this account expired in June 2014.

  If you are using a new card, but still experiencing the issue, please let me know the error message you’re receiving.

  Tried the manual payment link with 2 credit cards, still cannot.

  Error Message: There were problems with your payment. Please check and correct any of the highlighted details.

  BUT there was no highlighted area.
