  After inputting the required details, I’ve been facing issues with setting up my new WooCommerce. Your help on this is much appreciated.

  Are you trying to use WooCommerce on http://chandelleandco.wordpress.com/?

  Using plugins on WordPress.com requires our Pro plan, so please go to Upgrade ->Plans to upgrade your plan. Then you should be able to install that plugin.
