Failed connection between my WordPress.com account and my WordPress web site

  I’ve lost the connection between my WordPress.com account and my web site. My web is no longer listed on my account. I am able to see the site OK on the web, but it seems that I’m locked out of the dashboard. AI help thus far suggests that it may be a Jetpack connection problem and that I need expert help to remedy this. I’d appreciate any advice that experts might give. Thanks.

  This topic was solved through AI help. The problem was logging in with the wrong email account. Web site now reconnected.
