failed credit card refund still waiting 2 weeks now

Well I have not has the other payment and my bank knows nothing about as it should be Re Funded to my MasterCard credit card. Do you want my credit card number???? The first payment that was refunded will have this number. Can’t you not cross reference that against the one I have not had and check your outgoing payments by my credit card number, amount pad and name?!? The credit card number is your reference. Get that wrong and another person will get the money not me.

We do not enter anything manually. All refunds are done to the card that made the payment. So there is no risk of anyone transposing numbers somehow.
Foreign refunds can take a depressingly long time on occasion. From our end, everything looks just as it should Have you tried contacting your bank and asking them if they have any idea what is going on?
