  I mapped blog.nn-pro.com a couple of weeks ago and it is still not working.

  Please advise,

  Hi C.E.,

  I see that you added a subdomain: blog.nn-pro.com. I was wondering, did you add a CNAME record through the registrar where you purchased the domain: nn-pro.com?

  Please do that and it should be up and running. Here are further instructions:

  I’m trying to add a CNAME but am unsure where to point it to?

  Instructions on how to add a CNAME record can vary between domain registrars. If you’re unsure of how to do this, I recommend contacting your domain registrar for assistance with this step.

  Once you get that, let me know what they say and I can help you adding it. All the instructions are also in the support guide I provided you above.
