failed email notifications for email-only-follower

  One of my email-only-followers does not get emails.
  They don’t end up in her spam-box, they’re just not there.
  She has registered and confirmed as I can see her in my list of followers.
  If she tries to re-register, she’s refused because she’s already registered.
  Still, she doesn’t get any emails…

  Hi there,
  I’m going to tag this thread for Staff assistance with this issue. They need to know what the email address of this subscriber is please. NOTE: The software here will redact ie. HIDE the email address after you type it and click submit and only Staff will be able to see it. Please post it, then subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

  Hi Richard – Please ask her to check in her subscriptions that she’s still subscribed to receive your updates by email, rather than just in the Reader. If that’s not it, then please let me know what her email address is. Thanks!
