Failed installation of ver 1.1.3

  Hi I tried to update to the latest version and got an error it wasn’t able to delete the old files. Now I can’t install saying the destination folder already exists and the plugin got removed from my dashboard. How can I install it again? Do I have to delete the directory it is trying to install on? Would that make me lose the previous data or cause other problems?

  Please try accessing your server via FTP, SFTP, or your control panel’s file manager and delete the /wp-content/plugins/jetpack/ directory.
