Failed log in from Peru

To log into my account from Peru, I had to go through a proxy server. The page does not load properly without using a proxy server. I can post screen shots if they’re desired. I’ve tried multiple browsers on multiple machines and the result is the same.
But I still can’t make a new post through the proxy server.
Please advise. Thank you,

Which proxy server are you referring to please?
In order to help you we need to know your specific computing environment details. Please work through what follows and report back.
1. If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.

Solved. It seemed to be an issue with the internet provider. I logged in through my cell phone and was able to complete the post.
