Failed opening/cannot modify header

    I get the following warnings on my login.php

    Additionally, it says the login is not secure.

    The main page also has some errors:

    What can I do about this? I had not updated my WordPress in a while, and I thought manually updating might fix these problems. It did not.

    I have tried to post this twice and it keeps getting locked, and I don’t understand why. Please help me. Pretty please.
