failed orders

  two orders showed up failed in a row, one through woocommerce and one through stripe. i dont know whats going wrong and i think it could be a wordpress/site issue not a customer or payment gateway issue

  I’m afraid that we can’t help directly because your simonslead.com site is not with WordPress.com managed hosting. As such, we don’t have the ability to take a closer look at your site.

  The good news though is that WooCommerce provides support for issues like this in its forums: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce

  The folks there are experts in WooCommerce and are in the best position to help.
