Failed payment – please retry…

Hi, for the last 3 weeks my customers continue to get ‘failed payment, please retry’ notices after they try to purchase. I do not believe that that there is anything wrong with my stripe account, however I believe there is something wrong with the plugin used and it is creating a conflict.
How do I resolve this?

Your site is not hosted here, on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider.For general help with the version of WordPress you’re using, you can ask the WordPress.org community over at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
