Failed payment when buying plans. No plans bought, but also no refund

On 21 Jan 2026, I bought plans and domain in wordpress. However, it seems that the purchased failed since I couldn’t find the record in the history of my account. But my card transaction shows that the payment is went through and charged to my card. Unfortunately, the plan and domain I bought is still not working. And also no refund. What is happening here and how could I get help? Thank you.

I checked the WordPress.com account you’re currently logged into, and I’m not seeing any purchases on it. That usually means the purchase may have been made using a different email address.
If that’s the case, you’ll need to log in using the email that was originally used to make the purchase in order to see it under Purchases.
Since you’re seeing the charge on your card, here’s what we can do next. Please send the transaction ID from any of your email addresses and briefly explain the issue to help@wordpress.com, and we’ll take it from there.
You can find the transaction ID on your bank or card statement, or in your email inbox by searching for any payments related to WordPress.com. If you’re not sure how to find it, you can follow our guide on how to locate your transaction ID.
