I made a purchase on 10.13 for $69. I followed up at this email aegop without response. Now the site says ‘Not found’ Can you put me in contact with Shelia to get my money back?

The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as
WordPressfollowed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:WordPress XXXXXXXXXXIf the charge on your bank statement does not follow that format, the charge was not made here at WordPress.com.
