Failed refund for domain Mapping Renewal

    Last November my WordPress domain mapping was up for renewal and since my website had been redesigned last year and moved from wordpress hosting, I checked with my web builder and cancelled the domain mapping… I’ve just come to check my bank account now (as I’m working through all my receipts and business spreadsheet…) and have found that the refund has never come through! Yet when I check ‘My Upgrades’ there are no listed purchases, so the service has obviously been cancelled as I requested but I’ve still been charged the $13.00/£8.83.
    Is this something ‘Happiness Engineers’ can look into?
