Failed refund from WordPress

I have only been refunded ONE payment. I accidentally paid WordPress twice and I don’t want your service just all my money back. Don’t I have the right under consumer law to have my money back? You have indeed refunded one payment to my MasterCard so why not the second? There is no block on my card and I have checked my bank account online and NO second refund. Please either say you will not pay me back or explain why you have failed to refund me my second payment?
