Failed site Export

    I am unable to successfully export my site content to wordpress.org hosted by BlueHost. This is the message I received from Bluehost:

    Hello,
    The jam4joy.wordpress.2020-06-17.001.xml is extracted, but the second file is not correctly exacted. Please contact us again

    Hi there!

    I’m not sure what second file are they referring to. Have you reached back to the Bluehost support team as indicated in their email?
