failed subscription

  hello

  earlier today I tried to set up a webpage under the realenglishonline.org domain and used an amex for the payment. however the transaction didn’t go through because apparently the payment needed to be in USD…the amount payable was in euros (99 euros)so I am unsure as to what happened there.

  at an rate for some reason I was notified by my bank that a charge of 1.00 USD was charged by wordpress and I was wondering why.

  I believe that’s a minimum charge that does apply but let’s ask Staff. I will

  Hi @realenglishonline, if there is a $1 item appearing it’s likely a pre-authorization that will go away shortly.
