Failed to do two-factor authentication [help]

    Hello all, I need help to access my blog. I have two-factor authentication enabled. Since I have just factory-reset my phone, hence I couldn’t use the authenticator app to do the verification. I couldn’t use text message verification as well, due to changing the number. Furthermore, none of the backup codes work even though I have used it correctly. Please, can anyone here help me regaining the access to my blog (not the one I am using right now, but the other one: tanjungbutik.wordpress.com). I would appreciate for your kind help!
